At Melbury Rooms & Studios, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Whether your plans change unexpectedly or you simply need a little more flexibility, we’ve got you covered with our free cancellation policy.
You can cancel your booking for free as long as we receive your request by 3pm, five days before your scheduled arrival date. In this case, you will receive a full refund for any amounts paid. Please note, certain special rates may be non-refundable; these will be clearly marked during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
To cancel, simply get in touch with us via one of the following methods:
Please ensure you include your full name and booking dates so we can easily locate your reservation. If you are sending your cancellation request by post, please give us a quick call at 01392 984635 to let us know, in case of any postal delays. This way, we can register your intent to cancel straight away.
If you cancel after 3pm, five days before your arrival, you will be liable for the first 28 nights of the room rate.
Any extras added to your booking are refundable up until 12pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified.
If you do not arrive by 11am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, we will treat your booking as cancelled. To avoid this, please contact us to inform us of any changes to your arrival time. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for non-arrival, unused nights, or early departures.
