Weekly Student Rates

We offer accommodation to students in their 2nd year or later, postgraduates, and international students. Whether you're in Exeter for just one semester or the whole academic year, we can assist in your student accommodation needs.

Weekly rates are for a minimum of 17 weeks and are only available to students enrolled at the University of Exeter. The rate applies to a full week or part thereof.

Please contact us to check availability. It would be helpful to know your intended dates of arrival and departure.

Please note that only Studio 1 is left for September 2025 to January 2026 (updated 8th July).

What's Included?

There are no surprise charges or extras to pay. The price you see is the price you pay per week, which includes:

• Your room with a comfy bed
• Duvet and pillows
• Self-catering equipment, crockery, cutlery, etc.
• Access to communal facilities
• Fast WiFi
• Gas (hot water and heating)
• Electricity
• Water
• TV Licence

Special Conditions

To offer these fantastic value rates, the service we offer is slightly different to ordinary bookings:

• Cleaning: Your room will be lovely and clean when you arrive, but then it's up to you to keep it clean and tidy during your stay. Cleaning chemicals and equipment are provided for your use at any time.
• Linen and towels: As your room won't be serviced during your stay, bed linen and towels also won't be changed. You are welcome to bring your own, or we can provide them for a small additional charge. Then you decide when to launder them.
• Deposit: The deposit is the equivalent of 4 weeks' rate, payable at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellation: You may cancel with a full refund up to 28 days before your arrival date. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Length of stay: You must stay a minimum of 17 weeks (e.g. from September to January) to benefit from these rates.
• Room inspection: To keep everyone safe and secure, we'll inspect your room at least once during your stay; we'll let you know when this will be at least 24 hours in advance.
• Discounts: These rates are already significantly discounted, so no further discounts apply, sorry!

You'll also be subject to our ordinary Booking Terms and Conditions, but the above terms takes precedence in case of any discrepancy.
