You'll receive an invitation to check in online by email. If you book within 7 days of arrival, this link may be in your confirmation message. It only takes a few moments, but it's important to complete so that we can prepare for your arrival.
You'll receive check-in instructions by email. This will tell you your room number, floor, and 4-digit access code. Keep this email handy for when you arrive.
You can arrive any time after 3pm, unless we've already confirmed an earlier time with you. We will also text you as soon as the room as ready if it's before 3pm. We don't see any point in making you hang around, so we'll always do our best to get you into the room ASAP!
If you're in any room except Studios 9 and 10, you'll use the main front door to get in. Just type your code on the keypad, head to the right floor, and use the code again on your room's door. For Studios 9 and 10, walk past the main front door to your own private entrance (it's signposted).
In your room, you'll find a handy wallet-sized reminder card with your code that you can take with you. It's a bit like carrying a key - but far more convenient!
If you're on an upper floor and think you'll need help with your bags, you can let us know during online check-in. As part of our commitment to accessible and welcoming stays, we are more than happy to provide assistance as required.
