Yes, of course. All rooms feature an en-suite with shower, toilet, and sink. Each room has an automatic lock with a unique PIN code set for every guest.

Our rooms are just like hotel rooms, with a bedroom area and en-suite bathroom. Studios are set up similarly, but they also have their own kitchenettes, so you can prepare and enjoy meals in the comfort of your accommodation.

No. Although our Victorian property has lots of character and lovely rooms, it lacks a lift. You will need to climb stairs for Rooms 3 to 6 and Studios 7/8.

We pride ourselves on excellent guest service. You'll find contact details in your room. Although there's no traditional reception desk, our aim is to provide an efficient and friendly service when you need us.

If you're with us for at least 8 nights, we'll service your room during your stay and at least every 7 nights. This includes cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels.

Where possible, we are happy to offer early check-in or late check-out. There may be a small extra fee. We aim to text you on the day of arrival as soon as your room is ready. After all, there's no point in keeping you waiting around!
