As long as we receive your request to cancel your booking no later than 3pm five days before your arrival date, you will no longer be liable for any remaining balance. If you've made any further payments beyond the original deposit (or added any refundable extras to your booking), these will be refunded. Please note that your original deposit is non-refundable.
You can cancel your booking by email or post*
Please include your full name and dates of stay in order for us to locate your booking.
*If you're writing to us in the post, please call us first on 01392 984635 in case of postal delays. We can then register your intent to cancel straight away.
If you cancel after 3pm five days before your arrival, then you will still be liable for any outstanding balance as follows:

More than 28 nights | The first 28 nights' room rate |
Any extras that you've added to your booking remain refundable up to 12pm on the day of arrival, unless specifically excluded by another other terms.
If you do not arrive by 11am on the day after your planned arrival date, we will treat your booking as cancelled, unless you contact us before then to let us know your new expected time of arrival. No refund shall be given under any circumstances for non-arrival, unused nights, or stays cut short.
