You can make a booking online or over the phone. All bookings are for a specific room or studio, so you can be sure you're booking the exact one you want. A deposit of 10% of the total price is required to secure your booking. You can book up to 90 nights online - are you looking to book for longer? Please call us to enquire.
Check-in is any time from 3pm. You'll pick the keys up yourself from the key box outside when you arrive. Keep an eye out for instructions on the day of your arrival, which we will send to you via email and/or text message.
On-street parking is available on our road (Queens Crescent) and surrounding roads. We offer permits for these spaces at £5 per night. Spaces are not reservable and subject to availability.
Make yourself at home - you're free to come and go as you please during your stay. We just ask you to be quiet between 11pm and 8am. If you need us for anything while you're here, contact details are provided on your welcome information in your room.
The ground floor kitchen, self-service laundry, and outdoor courtyard are available to all guests during their stay. We just ask that you leave things clean and tidy for other guests. The daily opening hours for communal facilities are 7.30am to 10pm.
Check-out is up to 11am on the day of departure. There are a few simple things we ask you to do like removing rubbish to the outside bins and turning off the lights. Just leave your keys where you picked them up and we'll take care of the rest.
