Paying for your stay
Your deposit and payment schedule depend on the length of your booking.
Cancellations and refundsIf you're staying fewer than 8 weeks
It's simple. You make two payments: a deposit to secure the room, then the remaining amount just before you arrive.
10% deposit
10% of the total booking value is payable at the time of booking.
Then the final balance
The remaining amount is payable no later than 5 days before check-in.
If you're booking within 5 days of check-in, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
If you're staying 8 weeks or more
The structure is slightly different for longer stays.
4-week deposit
You pay the first 4 weeks of your stay at the time of booking.
Balance instalments
The remaining balance is split into equal payments every 4 weeks.
Instalments begin 7 days before check-in. Payment amounts and dates will be confirmed before you pay the deposit.

Card payment
Pay securely online by credit or debit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more.
Bank transfer
Pay by bank transfer from any UK bank or any bank that supports IBAN (e.g. SEPA). We'll provide our bank details on request.
