Every room is private and en-suite — this is serviced accommodation, not a student apartment block or house share. Melbury is adult-only: our guests tend to value a calm, well-managed environment over a wild party scene. If that sounds like you, you'll feel at home here.
Every room is fully furnished and finished to a hotel standard — fresh linen and towels, a proper bed, a welcome pack on arrival, and regular cleaning throughout your stay. Everything is set up before you arrive, and whenever you need us, you'll reach a person directly.

We're in St James — the part of Exeter where students live, eat, and spend their time. Sidwell Street is on your doorstep, the city centre is five minutes on foot, and Streatham Campus is a 15-minute walk.
