Building security
24/7 CCTV
Corridors, shared spaces and external areas are covered by security cameras operating around the clock. Footage is stored securely and used solely for safety and security purposes.
Secure Digital Access
Each guest is issued with a private access code for both the main entrance and their room. Doors lock automatically, and codes can be changed immediately if required. Entry activity is logged for security purposes.
Fire and safety compliance
Fire Protection
Our fire alarm system is professionally maintained, continuously monitored, and connected to an emergency response centre. We carry out routine checks and independent fire risk assessments in line with current regulations.
Electrical Safety
All electrical systems and appliances are regularly inspected and tested, whether they're in your room or the communal areas. Certification is kept up to date and in accordance with professional standards.
Gas and Heating
While we do not have gas cooking appliances, our heating and hot water system is serviced annually. A current Gas Safety Certificate is issued by a qualified engineer.
Water Safety
Water temperatures are routinely monitored to maintain safe levels and reduce the risk of bacteria such as Legionella. Cold water is safe to drink from any tap.
Ongoing oversight
Daily Site Checks
A member of our team carries out a daily walk-through of the property, checking for maintenance, safety and security matters and taking action where required.
24/7 Emergency Contact
A designated Duty Manager is available at all times for genuine emergencies. Contact details are provided in your arrival information, just in case you ever need them.
We are a professionally managed, adults-only property. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
